Sonder: Wellbeing Support

Committees & Networking
Network, learn and unite on key industry issues via the AWARD Council, Finance Forum, RAP, Environment & Sustainability (E&S), Commercial Producers Council (CPC) or Youngbloods committees, and attend events throughout the year.

Codes & Compliance
ACA offers all members free Codes and Compliance training three times per year. It’s an hour-long workshop, delivered via Zoom, that is relevant to everyone working in advertising, regardless of department or seniority.

The Growth Agenda
Our partnership with The Australian, The Growth Agenda, highlights creativity as a crucial ingredient for corporate growth strategies, targeting CMOs, CEOs, CFOs, and boards of directors. ACA members can participate via editorial packages and invitations to exclusive events throughout the year.

AWARD
Established over 40 years ago, AWARD (Australasian Writers and Art Directors Association) was established to set standards of creative excellence, to promote this concept in the business arena, and to educate and inspire the next creative generation.

AWARD Awards
The annual showcase of the best from the region, the AWARD Awards draws creative minds from NZ, to South East Asia, and across Australia. ACA members can nominate judges and receive substantial discounts on entry fees.

Cannes LIONS
ACA is the official Cannes Lions representative in Australia, responsible for promoting the festival, nominating jurors for Cannes LIONS and Spikes Asia, and running the annual Young Lions Australia competition.

Effie Awards
Be a part of judging some of the toughest and most prestigious awards in the world. Members can nominate qualified staff and clients for judging, and receive substantial discounts on entry fees and gala tickets.

Build Sustainable Advantage

ACA Accreditation Program
The ACA Accreditation Program aims to build an industry-wide culture of world-class professionalism, setting new benchmarks across professional service firms and businesses. Since its launch in July 2023, over sixty member brands have achieved Accredited Member status. In 2025, A+ Endorsements were introduced to recognise Accredited Members meeting ‘stretch’ goals in the areas of diversity and inclusion, and environment and sustainability.

Reconciliation
Members have exclusive access to a suite of useful resources designed to support and guide individual agencies’ reconciliation programs, including webinars, factsheets and strategic workshop templates. 

Enviroment & Sustainaility 
Within the Resource Hub, members can access recordings of E&S action-specific webinars and benefit from member-only resources and tools to reduce their environmental impact.
