ACA’s Accreditation Program
The ACA Accredited Member Framework is initially based on achieving four professional standards focused on employee experience and training. ACA Launching in July 2023, the program will evolve, with the introduction of additional endorsements for specific achievements and tiered accreditation launching in the second half of 2024.
The mission of ACA’s Accreditation Program is to create an industry-wide culture and currency of world-class professionalism, standards and practices that redefine new benchmarks across all professional service firms and businesses.
Accreditation creates a new paradigm of trust, accountability, integrity and respect for our industry as a whole.

The Accreditation brochure outlines the background to accreditation, the criteria, available support for our members, key dates and the application process.

A+ Endorsements
In addition to ACA Accredited Member status, agencies will be able to apply for recognition under the A+ Endorsement scheme.
To earn A+ Endorsements members will need to meet and show evidence of certain ‘stretch’ goals that demonstrate genuine investment in programs such as diversity and inclusion, reconciliation and sustainability.
From the second half of 2024, we will open applications for A+ Endorsements for +RAP and +CreateSpace.
