Accreditation

Accreditation aims to create an industry-wide culture and currency of world-class professionalism, standards and practices that help attract and retain our best talent and clients, while driving increased and sustainable growth for our members.

ACA’s Accreditation Program

The ACA Accredited Member Framework is based on achieving four professional standards focused on policies, employee experience and essential training. Launched in July 2023, over sixty agency brands have already achieved Accredited Member status. The Accreditation program will continue to evolve with the introduction of additional endorsements for specific achievements launching in the first half of 2025.

The mission of ACA’s Accreditation Program is to create an industry-wide culture and currency of world-class professionalism, standards and practices that redefine new benchmarks across all professional service firms and businesses.

The criteria for Accreditation in 2025 are:

  • Up-to-date staff policy handbook
  • An Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Mental Health First Aid Officer on staff for businesses with >50 employees
  • Commitment to make ACA Codes & Compliance training available for all employees

Accreditation creates a new paradigm of trust, accountability, integrity and respect for our industry as a whole.

All our Accredited Members are listed in our Member Directory.

A+ Endorsements

In addition to ACA Accredited Member status, agencies will be able to apply for recognition under the A+ Endorsement scheme.

To earn A+ Endorsements members must meet and show evidence of certain ‘stretch’ goals that demonstrate genuine investment in programs such as diversity and inclusion, reconciliation and sustainability.

From the second half of 2025, we will open applications for A+ Endorsements for Create Space and Environment and Sustainability.
