Our Network

Advertising Council Australia has a number of industry groups which manage issues and develop initiatives to address emerging opportunities and challenges in the advertising industry.

AWARD

Australasian Writers and Art Directors Association (AWARD) is an organisation driven by a single idea: to raise standards in commercial creative areas. AWARD initiatives include networking events and preferential rates for the annual AWARD Awards.

Effie Australia

The annual awards are presented to recognise the year’s most effective advertising and marketing communications campaigns – campaigns that have delivered superior results in meeting the objectives they were designed to achieve.

APG Australia

The Account Planning Group (APG) was established in 2003 to support strategic planners within the advertising industry, and promote the value of planning to business, brands and culture. The Committee meets regularly and runs events and initiatives designed to connect the community, educate, inspire, and influence advertising and the broader community.

Youngbloods

Youngbloods is an Australia-wide group empowering young people to kill it in the ad world. Focussed on the opportunities and challenges for (mostly) under 30’s, the group meet regularly and are passionate about setting up the next generation for success – whether through networking opportunities, peer support initiatives, or a range of other practical and inspiring tools.

Commercial Producers Council

The Commercial Producers Council (CPC) is a member based organisation representing the interests of production companies working in marketing communications. They exist to champion best practice business principles for members and to promote the economic and business benefits of the industry to the business community.
