Inside the jury room: Cannes Download speakers announced

Brent Smart, Rose Herceg, Clare Pickens, Micah Walker and Sam Stuchbury are among the Cannes Lions jurors and creative leaders who will take audiences inside this year’s Festival of Creativity when Cannes Download returns from August.

Touring Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth from 12 August to 1 September, the national roadshow brings the world’s best creative work to the big screen through an exclusive 60-minute reel curated by Micah Walker, Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Bear Meets Eagle On Fire, and 2026 Cannes Lions Film Juror.

Each screening concludes with a live discussion featuring Cannes jurors offering audiences rare insight into the jury room, the campaigns that sparked debate, and the ideas shaping global creativity.

Tony Hale, CEO, Advertising Council Australia, said: “The work is inspiring, but the real value comes from understanding why it won. Cannes Download brings those conversations home, giving Australia’s creative community a rare insight into what resonated with juries and where global creativity is headed.”
