Some of Australia’s most respected creative leaders gathered in Sydney on Wednesday evening as judging entered its final stages for the 47th AWARD Awards, with industry production company Photoplay hosting AWARD’s annual judges’ drinks at The Waratah.
The event brought together the senior creative leaders responsible for assessing this year’s AWARD Awards entries, recognising the individuals tasked with selecting the work that will ultimately help define the benchmark for creative excellence across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.
Among those in attendance were AWARD Chair Mandie van der Merwe, Chief Creative Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi Australia, Florence Tourbier, Executive Producer at Photoplay | Playtime, members of this year’s jury, and AWARD Council representatives.
Judging of entries concludes Monday, with winners across Gold, Silver, Bronze and Special Award categories to be announced at the 47th AWARD Awards gala ceremony and afterparty at Sydney Town Hall on Thursday 13 August.
