Title: Paid Media & Performance Manager
Reports to: Senior Marketing & Communications Manager
Status: Part-time / contract, approximately 1–2 days per week
Flexible working arrangements

The role

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on paid media specialist to help us improve campaign performance and maximise our advertising investment across multiple brands.

Working closely with our Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll help shape paid media strategy, prioritise campaigns and manage advertising across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions and sales.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. We need someone who can identify where our budget will have the greatest impact, recommend improvements and manage campaigns from setup through to optimisation.

Working together

We’re a small team looking for someone who can bring genuine paid media expertise, work collaboratively and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance. You’ll work alongside our Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, who leads overall marketing strategy, messaging and creative direction. We’re ideally looking to build an ongoing relationship with someone who can become a trusted extension of our team.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with campaign objectives and budgets.
  • Help prioritise campaigns and allocate spend where it will deliver the strongest return.

  • Set up, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.

  • Develop audience targeting, prospecting and retargeting strategies.

  • Review existing creative, recommend improvements and test new approaches.

  • Monitor campaign performance, optimise conversions and identify opportunities to improve ROI.

  • Provide clear performance reporting and actionable recommendations.

Skills

  • Proven experience managing performance-focused paid social campaigns.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Demonstrated success generating leads, conversions and sales.

  • Expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimisation and budget management.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into practical recommendations.

  • An understanding of paid social creative and what drives performance across different platforms.

  • A proactive, independent approach and the confidence to provide strategic advice.
  • Experience marketing education, professional development, events or memberships, or working across multiple brands, would be highly regarded.
