Be a People Team Go-To – Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees, helping them navigate all things people-related.
Fuel Career Growth – Support talent acquisition, career development, and performance management to help our team shine.
Create an Unforgettable Onboarding Experience – Welcome new hires, ensuring they’re set up for success from day one with training and support.
Turn Data into Action – Assist with HR reporting and insights to make smarter, people-focused decisions.
Be the HR Compliance Guru – Stay on top of legislative changes, Health & Safety reporting, and keep everything running smoothly.
Support HR Projects – Support policy updates, system improvements, and innovative HR initiatives that keep us ahead of the game.
Oversee Office Management and the Front of House role – Ensure our brand-new, dog-friendly HQ is a welcoming, professional, and smoothly-run environment for our team and clients.
What We’re Looking For
HR Rockstar – You’ve got at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, creative, or agency environment and thrive in the buzz of it all.
People-First Mindset – You’re all about creating meaningful connections and finding solutions that put people first.
Proactive Prioritiser – You have both a natural and proven ability to multi-task, handle a busy day and re-priortise your to-do list. You act proactively and are highly responsive when something needs to happen!
Master Communicator (both written and in-person) – Whether it’s advising leaders or supporting employees, you know how to build trust and keep things running smoothly.
Tech-Savvy – You’re comfortable using Google Suite, and Employment Hero (or ready to learn!).
Vibe Curator – Passionate about fostering an inclusive, engaging, and inspiring workplace where everyone can thrive.
