Job description

Allow us to introduce ourselves

We’re Apparent, a full-service, independent agency made up of over 180 thinkers, creators and solution-makers doing what we do best. One thing you should know about us: we’ve got an entrepreneurial spirit, and we know the work worth doing doesn’t fit into neat, tidy boxes. And neither should you, for that matter.

We punch well above our weight, with some of the biggest clients in the world on our roster, from global tech giants like Google and VW, to startups just beginning their journeys.

Our approach? We call it the red thread. In other words, it’s the thing that connects everything we do, from the customer, through to the client and brand. On any given day you can expect to cross paths with someone in strategy, creative, content production, UX/UI, technology, and experience. Oh and dogs, too. You’ll definitely cross paths with adorable dogs.

A few things you’ll like about working here:

• A flexible and hybrid working policy
• Generous parental leave and extra summer days off
• Plenty of growth and training opportunities
• 24/7 access to our employee assistance program for you and your family

The role

• Build relationships with your team and internal stakeholders,  support the day to day project management of digital campaigns for Google, from brief to delivery
• Support the teams in the US for a unique international experience to create assets and collateral for major events, animation projects along with campaigns for B2B markets
• Assist with keeping campaigns on track, ensuring they are delivered on time with a focus on effectiveness on a project by project basis
• Be part of a high performing, award-winning team, working closely with producers and creative teams, whilst being mentored by an Account Director.

Your responsibilities

You’ll join the team working on Google – one of the most exciting global brands in tech – helping deliver content, campaigns and experiences used by teams around the world.

We’re looking for someone early in their career who’s curious, organised and excited to learn how great creative work gets made .  You’ll be building solid relationships, supporting project management  with your amazing attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is flexible, can go with the flow and grow with this fab team.

Your role will involve assisting in the delivery of creative, engaging, and sometimes complex solutions for clients, all under the guidance of a dedicated Account Manager and Account Director. The work is AI driven, using Google products in our delivery and content. We create chunky e-books, animations, podcasts and lots of content for sales enablement and events as well as social and digital content.
