Professional Development Coordinator
Reports to: Head of Professional Development
Start date: July 2026
Advertising Council Australia (ACA) is the peak body for Australia’s leading agencies in the advertising industry. Our purpose is to foster the long-term prosperity of the industry, making advertising the most valued professional services industry in Australia.
ACA is seeking a highly organised graduate to support our professional development programs (AdSchool, IPA, AWARD School). This role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, program administration, and stakeholder engagement in the advertising industry.
- Provide administrative support for all PD activity
- Assist in coordinating courses, events, and webinars
- Support lecturers, facilitators, and course participants
- Manage enrolments, databases, and online learning platforms
- Update course content, websites, and social media
- Help track leads and promote courses
Note: this role includes some attendance at events/courses after hours.
Dates will be provided well in advance.
About you
- A recent graduate in Public Relations & Advertising, Arts, Design & Architecture, Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field
- Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools, and a fast learner (Google Suite, etc)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about the advertising, media, and creative industries
