About the job
The role is Account Manager working across a mix of clients. This is a brand new role where you’ll team up with a Senior Account Director to bring smart ideas to life across multiple digital channels.
We’re looking for someone who’s all about building great client relationships, loves making things happen, and takes real pride in delivering work that looks and feels good. You’re proactive, adaptable, and comfortable going with the flow when things shift, because they always do..

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working across a mix of clients, with a strong focus on automotive and digital/CRM-led work:
• Managing day-to-day workflow across accounts, keeping projects moving from brief to delivery
• Leading CRM and email activity across automotive and finance projects
• Supporting digital projects like website updates, campaign content and optimisation
• Delivering a mix of B2B work for a sustainable house client, including content, eBooks, presentations, social, website updates and campaign support
• Writing clear briefs and timelines for creative, strategy and production teams
• Running WIPs, tracking progress and keeping clients in the loop
• Helping manage budgets, scopes and timelines
• Making sure everything that goes out is polished and on point
• Looking for smarter ways to improve how we work as accounts grow
You’ll thrive here if you…
• Have experience in a creative or digital agency
• Have worked across CRM and digital, EDMs, websites, content and campaigns
• Are naturally organised and good at juggling multiple projects
• Love building strong client relationships and keeping things moving
• Enjoy working across both creative/content and digital projects
• Bring a proactive, can-do mindset and don’t wait to be told what to do
• Stay calm under pressure and adapt when priorities shift
• Like working independently but also being part of a collaborative team
