Summary
Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation needed a new source of revenue to fund the endless need for additional budget in children’s healthcare. At a time of rising charity competition, fragmented donor groups and decreasing generosity, a stand out solution was required.
With every child in hospital suffering from homesickness, this became the energising cause in this award-winning case.
Almost four years since launch, and with no additional investment since the 3-month launch burst in July 2019, Curing Homesickness is still generating over $1.5M every year. Raising $6.89M in total with a remarkable ROMI. All to help get kids in hospital back where they belong - home.
