Summary
Commonwealth Bank wanted to break through the home loan clutter and create a home-buying experience that would actually help home buyers. To achieve this, we moved beyond the traditional ―bought‖ media model and created a fully comprehensive lifestyle-based property search tool which integrated relevant home finance discussions along the way. The result is a continuous online marketing programme that has significantly lifted brand health and generates $6M online revenue each year.
