When you stop communicating, relationships break down. For CBA this meant we were losing highly valuable potential customers. The test results proved that starting and maintaining a conversation over the six month pre-approval process can have a real impact on results. From an investment of only $71,611, we were able to earn $2.524m in incremental profit, an exceptional ROMI of 3,526%. Proving that well timed, relevant direct mail can be highly effective.
