To enter, create your own Effie cake – a creative interpretation of the iconic, three-tier Effie Award. Bake it, sculpt it, or generate it using AI. The more inventive, the better.
This is a game of skill, so originality and creativity count.
How to enter
1. Create
Bake, mould, sculpt or AI-generate your version of the Effie trophy.
2. Stage It
Photograph or render your creation in all its glory.
3. Share It
Post the image to your public LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook account by midnight next Wednesday 28 May.
4. Tag and Hashtag
Tag @EffieAustralia and include #WinAnEffie.
Prize
The most creative entry will win one complimentary entry to the 2026 Australian Effie Awards worth up to $2,990 (dependent on entry status).
Entry requirements
- The competition is open for a period of 7 days from 08.00am 22 May 2026 (AEST) to 11.59pm 28 May 2026 (AEST)
- Your submission must feature a visual concept of the Effie trophy.
- Entries may be created physically or using AI text-to-image tools.
- Posts must be made from a public social media account.
- You must tag @EffieAustralia and use #WinAnEffie to be eligible.
So whether you bake it from scratch or cook it up with AI, show us your sweetest interpretation of the Effie trophy for your chance to enter the awards for free.
