Summary
Kentucky Fly Chicken is a story about how value, means more than discounts. Whilst a QSR category norm, discounting was unsustainable for KFC. Instead, they ditched the discounts and created a different type of value to woo Aussie app users.
The campaign was hard to miss, reaching 15 million people on social alone and delivering 60.7 million media impressions. People couldn’t get enough of it.
