About the Company

About GO Digital
At GO Digital, we create human centric digital experiences. It’s a philosophy we call HX, and it lies at the heart of everything we do.

We believe digital exists to make human experiences online better. While we’re always obsessed with achieving great results for our clients, the truth is that every click, interaction, and abandoned cart is a living breathing human – and it’s our job to work out how to connect with them better.

We’re a remote-first independent agency growing rapidly with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Manila and Hong Kong.

About Khemistry
Khemistry is a full service marketing communications agency, integrating psychology with creative advertising, brand development, customer research, experience design, and content creation to grow brands and generate positive change.

We are a diverse creative collective designed to create change where conventional thinking can’t. We apply design thinking to marketing problems. Our clients and their customers are integral to the process at every stage. Together, we co-create in tight teams blending key disciplines. And we do it at a sprint, using rapid prototyping to test and learn with our own consumer research panel. Data is fundamental to our approach, but so is empathy and emotion. We put people first, and effectiveness follows naturally.

GO Digital and Khemistry are both a part of the GrowthOps network – so you’ll have opportunities to learn and work on exciting projects with amazing talent from other agencies within our group.

This role is based in Canberra where you will be working directly with clients. You’ll be remote first, which means your home is your office. But we do have a great space in Canberra if you prefer to work from there. We also have creative workspaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, as well as in Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Manila, where you will always be welcome.

GrowthOps is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive workplace for all employees. We proudly welcome people with disability, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people from the LGBTQI community and Indigenous Australians to our team. If you require any support or reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please contact the talent team via talent@growthops.com.au
