We plan and create integrated marketing campaigns across all channels of customer engagement and are looking for a Media Account Director with strong strategic media planning skills to join the team. Roles & Responsibilities 

Reporting into our Client Partner this role is to:

  • Partner with senior clients to develop and manage strong relationships
  • Provide leadership and specialist consulting to clients to help solve business problems and deliver successful communication campaigns
  • Manage complex communication plans involving owned, earned, and paid strategies
  • Lead the strategic media plan development in conjunction with our Planning and Trading Director and a great team of planners and buyers
  • Mentor and develop an Account Executive as well as mentoring other junior team members, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture
  • Financial management of client relationships, campaign delivery and resource management


Desired Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of strong media planning and buying experience in an agency environment
  • Expert understanding of media fundamentals and strategic planning capabilities
  • Strong client facing communication and presentation skills essential
  • The ability to identify growth opportunities to enhance both the agency and client’s business
  • Team management/leadership capabilities
