We’re an independent full-service creative and media agency, with a global client footprint, that has a need for a Client Services Director/General Manager with a strong CX and integrated marketing background.

This role combines the opportunity to lead and mentor our client service and delivery team, nurture client relationships at a senior level, work closely with our strategy, creative and media teams to develop innovative multi-channel customer experiences and campaigns.

We have an enviable international and local client list, with an experienced team of over 130 specialists across consulting, strategy, client service, creative and content, media planning and buying, production and technical delivery.

It’s a fast paced and constantly changing environment so we need people who are entrepreneurial and hungry to collaborate with other teams in order to deliver great work.

The Role

  • Report to the Managing Director, be part of the executive leadership team and work in collaboration with department leads
  • Provide leadership and mentoring of a high performing client service and delivery team of over 60 staff
  • Develop strong business relationships with senior clients across the agency portfolio located in Australia, Europe and the US.
  • Unearth new business opportunities, both organic and new
  • Partner with our Executive Creative Director and Head of Strategy to drive a culture of creativity, collaboration and innovation across the agency
  • Work closely with our leadership team to build our agency profile and leverage our memberships with a range of industry associations here and in the US
  • Understand client’s strategic challenges and work with the strategy, media and creative teams to develop proactive opportunities


Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years experience working in a senior leadership role in a communications environment
  • Demonstrated capabilities in team leadership and senior C-Suite client management
  • The ability to lead new business pitches across existing clients and new business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to identify strategic recommendations and lead communication programs of work
  • An understanding of strategic marketing and the CX/digital niche market
  • The ability to be a natural problem solver, plus adaptable and collaborative in your working style
