An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Account Director to join the team at Redhanded.

The Role

As Account Director, you will lead and share your experience, knowledge and passion alongside an integrated Project Management team to sell, execute and manage projects for clients in our specialisation. You are charged with creating an environment where clients are receptive to innovative and challenging ideas and where your agency teams are motivated and inspired to produce best in class creative work.  You take the lead of your team, your clients and carve out the direction strategically and creatively.

    Skills & Responsibilities 

    You will acquire a detailed understanding of our client’s businesses, identify growth opportunities and deliver dynamic communications strategies, which will satisfy and grow revenue opportunities for the Client and the Agency. Key responsibilities will include:

    • Taking briefs and executing Contact Reports, Creative and Digital Briefs
    • Delivering media solutions
    • Developing innovative brand and communications strategies to assist clients meet their business objectives
    • Present strategies at key client meetings and drive strategic insights in to advertising and promotional opportunities
    • Provide monthly and annual forecast reports and benchmark these with actuals
    • Present creative concepts and strategic insights to clients with clarity and consistency
    • Develop process efficiencies within the agency
    • Develop valued relationships with clients that result in client confidence and satisfaction, which will be benchmarked via sunset reviews
    • Manage advertising and promotional budgets to ensure Agency & client expectations are met
    • Accurate forecasting
    • Margin protection and monitoring
