Overview

Chances are you completed AWARD School a few years ago. And since then, you’ve found yourself face-to-face with the challenges of the advertising industry; whether navigating agency processes, understanding client agendas or shaping your unique creative perspective.

Most senior people in our business have, at some point, created a campaign or had a moment where their career took off, things started to gel and everything just clicked.

AWARD Uni has been established to guide mid-weight creatives’ understanding of how to reach that career ‘upturn’ and to help set you apart and get you noticed, by catalysing your career across capabilities, critical thinking and confidence.

WORKSHOP FRAMEWORK & TOPICS

You’ll cover 12 topics in six sessions over three weeks.

  • Each session comprises of two distinct, ‘counterpoint’ lessons, mirroring the sometimes ambiguous nature of agency life, where absolutes don’t always apply.
  • Hands-on learning, interaction and analysis to help you arrive at your own conclusions about the best path forward in any given situation.
  • Each subject is supported by an actionable five-point framework on what and how to implement the lessons you’ve just learned.
