AWARD – The Australasian Writers and Art Directors Association is a non-political, non-profit organisation with but a single idea: the raising of standards in all creative areas.
AWARD, Australasian Writers and Art Directors, powered by Advertising Council Australia, counts some of the finest creative minds from Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia amongst its members. It is a non-political, non-profit organisation that aims to set standards of creative excellence, to promote creativity in the business arena, and to educate and inspire the next creative generation.

AWARD Award
AWARD Award – now in its 41st year is the single most important regional awards show. It has a membership of the finest creative minds from New Zealand, to South East Asia and across the states of Australia.
The most prestigious award show in the region, the AWARD Awards attract approximately 2,000 entries in the following categories: Advertising, Design, Craft, Film & Entertainment, Purpose, Innovation, Media and Planning.

Education
AWARD School

AWARD School, established in 1983, is a course for people who want to become copywriters/art directors. It’s about helping you recognise good ideas, how to come up with them and how to spot them.
AWARD School applications open in February and the course runs from March – July with the graduation night in July.
AWARD Craft
AWARD CRAFT is a 4-6 week course specially designed to improve the core creative and craft skills of junior teams/individuals who are pursuing their careers in advertising, with inspirational lessons and practical training across numerous core creative disciplines.
AWARD Craft usually runs August -September in Sydney and Melbourne.
AWARD Creative Leadership
Three intensive days on site feature a series of modules spearheaded by leading ECDs, Agency CEOs and CFOs. Sessions are highly interactive, combining workshops, panels, role plays and Q&As with inspirational speakers. To ensure each delegate experiences a high level of mentoring, practical experience and direct value, the group is capped.
