The role

What You’ll Be Doing – Your Impact Starts Here

You’ll play a key role delivering integrated content production for Google Global, ensuring world-class output across channels.

From project initiation to final delivery, you’ll make things happen,  seamlessly managing complex, high-visibility work across multiple streams.

Your responsibilities

• Manage medium to large integrated projects across Video, Display, Social, Search, Print, and Experiential
• Oversee digital projects including landing pages, e-books, event collateral, and UI product demos (Figma)
• Lead end-to-end project delivery: discovery, SOWs, requirements, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and reporting
• Define delivery approaches for complex, multi-stream projects and event content
• Manage production for keynote presentations, UI prototypes, and fabricated assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Identify and mitigate risks across projects
• Ensure all work meets Apparent’s high creative standards
• Support shoots and event production when required
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and negotiations
• Oversee post-production including editing, animation, audio, and finishing

Skills

• 5+ years’ experience as an Integrated Producer in an agency or production environment
• 2–4+ years managing digital projects, campaigns, and animated product demos
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams
• Proven stakeholder management and a solutions-focused mindset
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders on projects
• High attention to detail, initiative, and adaptability
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Curiosity and openness to learning new tools and technologies
